To commemorate Earth Day, our school organised the following activities:
a) Exhibition
Photos
of Hong Kah students and staff exhibiting good habits such as not wasting food and cleaning up after oneself were captured and displayed in the canteen to
encourage more people to do the same to help make the school a clean and green
place to work

b) Presentation
Student ambassadors made
presentations on reducing food wastage, throwing litter in proper bins and
appreciating biodiversity to raise awareness of the importance in keeping the
environment clean.
c) Instagram Contest
- A contest to encourage students’ to involve in green habits.
d) Read out of Youth for the Environment Day Message
- The Minister’s message for the Youth for the Environment Day was also read during a morning assembly.
